I have had an amazing experience working with Whitney. She was on top of her stuff. The way the market is right now it was a roller coaster trying to buy. Whitney was great through the ups and downs of it all. Even when I fell apart she was there for me. She was the only realtor that even tried with me even with the program that I was trying to use but didn’t because it didn’t work out for me. She wasn’t too familiar with it but in the end she was more familiar with it than I was. She had secondary options for me when I almost wanted to give up with the market. Whitney made sure everything was all finalized with the seller and that was so good for me being that I’m a first time homebuyer. She made me understand the process and that was what made me more comfortable with her as my realtor. She really worked around my schedule too. When it was all said and done upon getting the keys. She had a small celebration for me and a gift that meant the most to me. It might have been a small something for her but it was very big for me. Overall if you are someone looking for a realtor Whitney Wyche would be the person you want to help you find your forever home.
